Mbodyment Fitness Boot Camp (Fairburn, GA)

Want something a little more intense? This boot camp could be just what you need to get active again and stop your body from feeling those aches and pains. If you feel like it may be too much for you, take it slow and make sure to talk to a doctor who can let you know if you are in the right shape to start doing activities like this.

Mbodyment Fitness Boot Camp combines different things like cardio, strength training, and interval training over the course of about 5 weeks using progressive cycles. Every level of fitness that you may be at yourself is encouraged to join. You can go at your own pace.

Hiking in Lithia Springs for fun can help you reduce pain

Geology Hike in Lithia Springs, GA

Looking for a bit of exercise that can help reduce your pain and do something interesting in the process? This may be perfect for you. Hiking is great, to begin with. Geologist John Johnston will also be leading the group. You’ll be identifying rocks and explaining the way they were formed and when.

Tectonic events leading to the rock units in the area to be faulted and folded will be explained. You will take a trip down to the ruins of the Civil War-era New Manchester Mill which lies on the rapids of Sweetwater Creek. Georgia is full of history, beauty, and natural formations as well as man-made that date back to the civil war and before.
